What we collect on this website

The contact form opens your own email client; nothing you type is stored on our servers. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to respond and follow up.

We may use anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). No advertising cookies are used.

Data processed by the Agro Replay service

When the advisory service is used, farmers’ photos, messages and voice notes are processed to provide an answer and are stored under the dealer’s account so the dealer can review and follow up. This data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Dealers and farmers can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
